I'm currently in the process for a loan mod and have missed this months payment. how lond would it take for this missed payment to appear on my credit. Also, would a loan mod appeared on the credit right away? Please help

how often do they do credit report updates? thanks
creditors will typically report all accounts on a monthly basis.
