Me and my wife are looking to own our first home. Our credit are both good 690-700 and we have money for downpayment. My question is about employment. I have been at job for 2 yrs and make 37000. My wife who just finished school and has been working her new job for two months only but will make 70000 a year. She has solid work history and only break was to finish school. Will this new job be a strike against us? We can get a cosigner, will that help with issue......
Thanks
In many cases she'll be able to count the schooling as job time if her employment is in the area of her education.

depending on the size of the loan you're looking to get you should be fine.

you can get quotes online from various providers easily enough - try a few of those and see what sort of results you get. should be a pretty decent acid test for the real thing.
