can me and my fiance qualify for a fha loan if she was a cosigner on her parents house? she is no longer on there mortgage. they refinanced and her name is no longer on the mortgage.
Nick, her prior co-signing on a loan that is closed should not be an issue at all.
If she meets all requirement of lender then she will be eligible for FHA(Federal Housing Administration) loan.
