I am a real estate agent in California and have a client that would like to purchase a mobile located in a park. If you could send me contact information that would be great.
Will your client own the land in the park, or rent it?
the typical situation, as i see it, is for a buyer to rent the lot on which the home is or willl be located. there may well be a lender dedicated to that particular park who'll do the financing. whoever owns the park and rents out the lots ought to be aware of available financing options.
My credit score is a 620 and I found a home with land where can I find a loan?
it's hard to say, pretty69. you need to shop around, at the very least, in yoru local area. do an internet search, call mortgage lenders and/or brokers in your area, check in the yellow pages, ask others who already own mobile homes where they got financed.
honestly, the resources are out there for searching, and it's a matter of taking advantage of what's available.
