My Husband and I are in the process of purchasing a house, we had the agreement and the Fha mortgage loan in his name only because I have some credit issues in the past. We were informed that my name will be on the deed and title will I have rights to the house if something were to happen or should I be worried?
if you are on deed and title, that means you are an owner of the home. as such, you have specific rights, yes. you won't be left out in the cold if "something were to happen" and you need not worry about it.
worry is like a rocking chair. it gives you something to do, and it takes you nowhere.
i'm assuming that you'll work with an attorney to make this purchase. you need to ask these questions and more of that attorney to stop any heart palpitations before they occur.
