I live in northern PA and I have a 1999 16+80 mobile home on Private property. I would like to put it on the market, but I am being told that banks may not give a mortgage to mobile homes.

Many lenders today are not lending as they once did, and one major impact seen is how they are treating manufactured housing (MH). Those in need of a purchase loan of a MH may be required to put up to 20% down payment depending on the lender.
