my husbands parents left him him a house which was transferred to OUR names before my father in law passed away..We sold the house and gained 130,000.00..and bought a new house last 2004 which was being paid by us as husband and wife...Now we are divorcing..what am i entitltled to the house?

You have not mentioned whether the house is in joint name or not? If the property is only in your husbands name then you cannot claim the property. However, in that case if your husband signs a quitclaim and add you in the property then you will have equal right in the property.
