i purchased the land and mobile home in 1994, invested another $10,000 in it by upgrading the mobile home, landscaping the property on which the mobile home is situated, and put up a new metal storage building 8x10, torn down two and removed two pads, and installed a custom designed privacy fence between my home and the mobile home. collected over $36,000 in rent since 1995. need the income to pay for a capital improvement loan using this property as collateral so that i can complete exterior capital improvements to my residence which we refinanced last august with a 100% loan on a "as is" appraisal with plans to refinance both tracts within 4 years. i need a $20,000-$25,000 loan to accomplish this! who can help us?? banks here are not interested. my residence appraised for $163,000 before any capital improvements to the exterior.
