Once the redemption period is over and you receive a letter to be evicted can you go to court and ask the mortage representative if you can rent the home until there is a buyer found.
That's a good thought, Marla, but you'd be wise to ask it of an attorney or the Court itself; or, of course, the lender. The latter might not be too receptive to the idea, of course.
