i am a widow,sole owner of a condo. there is a mortgage on the property. i want to quit deed it to her so she can take care of all details,then sell it and divide equally between my four children. is there a problem with mortgage holder?

as long as your daughter has a good credit and she is eligible for refinance of the mortgage, lender will not have any problem whatsoever.
