Can I get a mortgage if I am working part time?

Hi,
You working full-time or part-time doesn't matters in getting loan. You have to show your working employment status & your income proof. Your income must be matched with lenders requirements.
If you have good & sufficient fulfill with all lenders requirements then you can apply for mortgage

That doesn't matter! What matter is that you must have the regular source of income.
So much mis-information so little time.
Artsun- If you are attempting to use part time income you WILL need a two year history. If you were to find a full time job in the same line of work you would likely be able to qualify after a couple months of full time employment.
