I live in florida and I have 4 homes the bank is about to foreclose on 2 of the homes. Can they put a lien on my homestead and the other property I am still paying on.

As far as I know, a lien can be filed against both homestead and non-homestead real estate property, regardless of the property's market value. However, if you pay off the deficient balance resulting from the foreclosure sale of the property, then the lender won't place a lien on your other properties.
