Hi jmchild,

Have you filed bankruptcy? It will depend upon your financial situation and the amount of money you owe on the mortgage. If the repayment plan satisfies the mortgage debt in full, then it will cover the total mortgage payments. In case, the repayment plan does not cover the dues in full, then you can either convert your bankruptcy filing into Chapter 7 or try to refinance the loan.
