i got divorced and my mortgage company does not wants to remove my ex husband from my morgage note
why if it was also incorporated in my final judgement and to top it off i got a quit claim deed registered

ram, the divorce has nothing to do with the mortgage. your quit claim deed gives you full ownership of the home, along with the responsibility for the home. it does not absolve him of his legal requirement to be held to the terms of the mortgage, however. a lender cannot simply erase a name that is on a loan document. the only way in which your ex-husband can move on without trepidation is if you choose to obtain a refinance loan.
