my aunt is going through a divorce and in order for her to keep the house she has to refinance it, but the thing is she has no job and bad credit because she and her ex husband have a bankruptcy debt which she has to pay half of and he isn't going to give her spousal.. is there anyway she can just keep the house and she just pay off the mortgage?

If it is mentioned in her divorce decree that she needs to refinance the mortgage, then she is bound to do so. If she does not do so, her ex can take legal steps against her and may force her to sell off the property.
