A Fool is what you are if you are not offering Realtor Rebate to borrowers that come to you without a Realtor.
If you Google Search: REALTOR REBATE your find over 400,000 results
There are even Real Estate Companies with Cash Back Rebates in their company name! This Awesome credit is allowed in 39 states now!
When they limit you to either YSP or points, if offer realtor rebate, your buyer gets the lowest rate and your origination fees are paid buy the realtor credit or rebate which is 100% completely legal!
It's so legal that the US Dept. of Justice has a website set up to inform buyers to this savings!
