How can a company foreclourse on you and you never got closeing papers on the house when you sign the mortgage , they were never filed and sent to the homeowner
Hi howaboutit!
Welcome to forums!
If the mortgage has not been recorded by the mortgage company, then they cannot prove the ownership of the mortgage and won't be able to foreclose you. I will suggest you to contact an attorney and take his opinion in this matter.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
