I am self employed with ample cash in the bank, but my income has not shown well the last two years. Are there any loans for stated incomes without putting so much down payment. I am looking to purchase SFR in Los Angeles area for about $700k
Hi smkrscorner!

Stated income loans are not offered by all lenders. There may be very few lenders who may help you in this matter. You should contact the local lenders of your area and apply for such loans in order to find out if anyone can help you with such loans.
This community, too, has a large number of lenders. You can seek a no obligation free mortgage quote from them and get to know whether or not you can get such a loan.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
