I called my mortgage company sept 2004 and told them to take the moblehome back. I could not afford it and space rent going up. I just found out today they say i owe 37000,00. I have not heard anything from them after my call in 2004. They had all my information to contact me and never have. I ran a credit report to find out they are sending in forclosure at lest 4 times a year. when I called them they send me a breakdown (I only gave them my phn number so they had my new address) Is there a limit to when they can collect the debit???
If you contact your states Department of Real Estate, they should be able to answer your questions. I am not familiar with Idaho. But they have tried multiple times to foreclose? That doesnt make sense. Either they foreclosed, or they didnt. Please explain...
Hi music!
Welcome to forums!
If the property wasn't foreclosed by the mortgage company, then they can come after you for the money that you owe them since 2004. As far as I know, there is no limit to the amount of debt that they can collect.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
