I believe that the appropriate thing to do is to go back to the source. Who is it that brought this phrase into your life? Why wouldn't you ask that person or institution? Somehow, I doubt an attorney is going to be cognizant of the phrase - it's not anything that would clearly refer to real estate, after all.
