Mortgage co-signer

Several years ago I co-signed a note for my x-wife in hawaii. Last year she filed for bankrupcy. I called the bank about my obligations are and was told that my name is only on the title and not on any fiscal responsibilities. If true am I responsible for any other financial oblications in she may have occured.

If your name is not mentioned on the mortgage docs, then you're not financially responsible for the mortgage payments in any way. However, though your name is on the property deed, you may lose the property if it is sold off by the trustee.
