Hi.
My sig other and I are looking to buy a home in texas and we are in dire need to find a lender that will accept our source of income. We are college students and we get a refund check every year to cover our living expenses as long as we are in school. The refund consist of a lump sum and goes up every year. The main reason we are looking to move is because due to the bad economy the job market is non exist where we live now. and need to move where the jobs are. We've have jobs calling from tx all the time but no one wants a phone interview. We are currently renting and would like to stop wasting money. in 2 months our rent is $1,900 plus we have a car note and other bills. So we feel that if we gonna spend that amount we might as well spend on something we can own oneday. Is this an issue you can help us with??
Thank you

HI tmbeasley,
You should contact the local lenders and check out whether or not you can get a loan depending upon the refund that you get at the year end. It will be completely the lender's discretion whether or not he will give you a loan in such a circumstance.
