Hello, currently my va mortgage loan is in underwriting. Just received news that I have a tax liability of 30,000 from 2010, not a lien. Payment arrangements has been placed. The agent at the Irs building wrote a letter stating the arrangement. Will her get accepted? Or do I have to wait for the official letter that's sent through the mail.?

This will be usually at the underwriters discretion. Please keep in mind that your monthly payment to the IRS will be taken into your Debt to Income Ratio.
