Deed in lieu of on rental property? Is that possible
HI Guest!
Welcome to forums!
It will be the discretion of the lender whether or not he will consider your request. However, even though he considers your request, you may have to pay the deficient balance resulting from the property sale which is otherwise forgiven in case of the primary property going through deed in lieu of foreclosure.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
