can you do a deed in lieu of foreclosure if hoa has a judgment on property for hoa fees?
Hi Guest,
As there is a lien on the property, the lender might ask you to pay off the judgment regarding the HOA fees first and then apply for a deed in lieu of foreclosure in order to sell off the property.
Thanks
