On a purchase transaction, does a non-borrowing title holder need to sign the TIL if they will occupy property?
Non borrowering title holder? May need to run this by the bank doing the loan - many banks will not allow this some will from what I have heard - most people quit claim the non borrower onto the deed once the loan has closed
