Eviction Notice Home Forclosure

I received a notice in my spam mail. And it said :Hereby you are notified that you have to move to another location from the currently occupied premises within the next three weeks. And if I am not out I will be physically removed from the property per order of the Judge. And if I need any assistance during my relocation to contact them at any time. and its signed Court representative. But it doesn't have who I am suppose to connect. I tried to open an attachment that said lawsuit details, but it wont let me open it. It just says page not found. It this legal it just looks like someone typed up this notice and sent it to my email address. Can you advise me what I should do? Thank you.
