We are wanting to get a loan for a mobile home (1972) on 10 acres. on permanent foundation. has a stick built addition that includes a partial basement... Please can you help
It sounds like you are already finding out that this is going to be a very difficult property because of the age of the home - anything pre 76 is almost impossible - I would suggest working with your bank and seeing if they can offer a loan using their own money thus they make the rules -
