Transferring property: Statewise sample quitclaim deed forms

Posted on: 26th Mar, 2007 05:09 am
Hi all,

While participating in this community forums, I have often found people looking for online forms especially those related to quit claim deed.

The forms on quit claim deed are different in each state as they are in accordance with the state laws. I have tried to collect a number of quit claim deed forms which are available in the government websites of the respective states or counties.
If any of you find out quit claim forms used in some other states, feel free to add it below.

Thanks.

We are transfering our timeshare to my brother. we are in New York, he is in Illinois and the property is in Florida. Which state's form do we use? And where can I obtain one for the proper state?

welcome pkultsar,

as the property is located in florida, you will have to use a quit claim deed form of florida. you can contact a florida based real estate attorney and he will help you in drafting the deed.
