DOES 72 HR BACK OUT APPLY TO ANY BUSINESS EVEN IF NOT IN SALE CONTRACT...BPOGHT A MOBILE HOME , SELLER SAID IT DINIT HAVE TO BE MOVED, THEN THE NEXT DAY, THE OWNER OF LOT SAID HAD TO BE MOVED IN 90 DAYS. I CANCELED CHECK ON GORONDS THAT SELLER KNOWINGLY COMMITTET FRAUD BY TELLING ME THE MOBILE HOME COULD STAY ON LOT ANT NOT HAVE TO BE MOVED
well there is no 72hrs back out rule to any business transaction including purchases of homes. only time you get this in mortgage financing is when you refinance.
the fact that the seller lied to you is a whole different matter altogether.
if you have something in writing about not needing to move the trailer then you may have grounds.
i would contact an attorney if the seller wishes to press this any further.
