my lender had decided to accelerated my mortgage after they alreday charged off, what can they do now?
I do not have the money to pay my $996 monthly payment, of course I do not have $144,000 and there is no equity in the property. I am working on a Modification with my first lender.
Will the second can go an buy my first even dough there is not profit for them.

you have mentioned that the second mortgage lender has already charged off the loan. in that case, the second lender should not deal with you. you should contact the collection agency and negotiate for lowering the dues. once you successfully negotiate the dues and lower it, you'll have to pay it off. to know more about second mortgage charge off, check out the given page:
