what do i need to do to resolve these issues

Good morning,
My mortgage company was drafting my bank account for payment. I had two payment dates, the 1st and 16th of each month. I also have two loans. The first payment was $790 and the second was $237. I recently did a modification which dropped the $237 to $170. My job also switched my pay schedule from bi-monthly to twice a week. When this change came about I notified my Mortgage company that i will no longer be able to let them draft my account on the dates because my paydates varied. I then started sending the payments in my self. They still continued to draft my account in which that caused me to have overdraft fees applied and a late fee assesed to my loan. I then contacted the bank and stopped all drafts. I contacted the mortgage company and notified them of their mistake and they said they would take care of it. I continued to make my payments on time via western union. My mortgage company calls me every month and says that i have not paid on my $790 loan. They keep applying the total payment to one portion of my loan. Everytime that i talk to them they say that they are going to look into it. I keep getting calls from different people with different amounts. Now they are saying that i am 3000 dollars behind and i have never missed a payment. They are also telling me that they are holding portions of the money in the $170 account and it can't be released until i send them another payment.
If you've paid the mortgage dues on time through Western Union, you will have the required documents regarding the same. You should contact your lender and show the required documents to him and request him to waive off the additional amount that has been added to your account.
