easements, right of way or adverse possesion

The house next to mine is a rental. The lower unit uses our driveway to
enter the lower part. The rental lot does have it's own driveway further up.
My question is. If there is no deed or information stating that the rental can cross my driveway to access the unit. Can I fence my property line and stop the use of my driveway to the rental. The rental is being sold and I would like to stop this practice.
Hi,

As per my knowledge you cannot fence your property as it is an easement.
Easement is the right to use the property of other without possessing it. It is basically a property that allows one to fish in a privately owned pond. Consult with an attorney and check if there is any exception in your state.
