I have a auction date 30 days from now. what should i do? I have no where to go and no money!!
You should probably start looking for someone to move in with.

That depends upon the steps you have taken with the Bank thus far and the level of help you have had. These factors have to be known before I could answer this question with a solid answer.

guest, if the auction is upcoming, you'll still have time to relocate. even if someone is successful at bidding on your home at the auction, it will be some time before that person obtains a mortgage and is ready to move in. forgive eric his seeming flippancy - i'm sure it wasn't meant to be - but he's right. your first step in this process ought to be to find a new place to live that will be affordable for you.

How much have you paid back to the bank. I suppose you may be liable for that extra amount left after the bank's loan clearance if the bid amount is high enough!!

I was being quite serious and blunt. Time is of the essense for this person. No time for looking into other scenarios that may be a long shot.
