I'm doing research for a friend of mine and since I've learned and gained so much knowledge using forums, I decided to reach out for any ideas. Here's the scenario:
She's a young hairstylist that owns her own salon (self employed), with that came a lot of personal debt in which has now led to bad credit for her. Her husband gets SSI in the tune of about $11000 a year. His credit is much better than hers but his income alone, just won't suffice. Is there a loan product that's available that will allow them to use HIS credit scores alone but include Harper income without using her credit scores?
Any help appreciated!

Hi Nijones!
Welcome to the forums!
Both of them should contact the local lenders and apply for loan. If they have someone to co-sign for them, then it will be easier for them to get a mortgage or a loan.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
