i am so tire of waiting(about 4- 6 months ago). the house was for sale for almost a year without luck. my credit is bad now after so many late payments. i dont know what else to do. please help

Hi newjersey,
As the lender is not contacting you, it would be better if you could contact him and check whether or not, they would offer you a modification. As 4-6 months have already passed since you've stopped paying the mortgage, there are chances, that the lender would foreclose the property. This will effect your credit and you will lose the property.
If you find that the lender is not ready for a loan modification, it would be better if you could apply for a deed in lieu foreclosure.
Thanks

no doubt the best way to get results is to contact them directly yourself, once again.
