Bank negligence for Installation of Chinese drywall

Posted on: 26th Jul, 2012 01:05 pm
Is lender for new home construction negligent. Lender's inspector who reports back to lender telling drywall complete then issued a draw to builder. We moved in then found out we had chinese drywall after living there for 9 months with 4 young children we moved out as soon as we found out. My house was built in Nov 2008
Lender said drywall was completed.
That means that the lender's inspector said the drywall was installed.... NOT that the drywall was safe.

Don't waste everyone's time trying to sue the lender.
The lender doesn't know anything about drywall.

You should sue the mailman.... he probably saw the bad drywall being unloaded and didn't alert you.

Hi Guest,

I agree with what Tom has said. You should contact an attorney and check out what steps you need to take in order to sue the mailman. The attorney will be the best person to help you in this regard.

Thanks
