I have filed bankruptcy and included a HSBC card in it. All my other creditors are reporting that the account were included in bankruptcy “IIBK†except for HSBC. What should I do?
Hi Guest,
You can contact your credit reporting agency and ask them to update the status. You can even ask your bankruptcy attorney in order to negotiate with your creditor and get the status of the credit report updated.

Hi Guest!
Welcome to forums!
I agree with Adonis' opinion. You can even try disputing the account status with your credit reporting agency. They will do their own investigation and may update your account status.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
