We sold a home on lc to a borrower 4 years ago with a balloon provision. It came due in September and the borrower voluntarily moved out. Is there an easy way to regain property withut goig through forfeiture? The borrower is not contesting.
Hi John,
If you had transferred the property to the borrower, then you can ask him to sign a quitclaim deed and transfer the property to you. I hope this will sort out the matter for you.
Thanks
