hi i made contract w/ seller,did insepction,then later on we find out some crack on the wall,we haven't closed yet.so can we break our contract? do we get our earnest money back?
please help me w/ this..thank you
As you have not closed the deal with your seller, you may be able to get back your earnest money. You should contact your seller and request him to return the earnest money. For further advice on this issue, you can contact a real estate attorney.

They can if it's in the Sales contract but, I find you will usually get your money back. If not, contact a real estate attorney.
