I have found this foreclosed property which I liked a lot and want to buy. I have offered the asking price as set by the lender but my realtor has still not received any reply Why doesn't the seller respond to my offer though I have offered the asking price?
The whole foreclosure process takes a lot of time. The lenders may be sometimes very slow with the whole process. Moreover, there are many properties in the market which are on the verge of selling off. Getting the deal can be tough but you can keep on trying.

Welcome to the forums!
It is solely the discretion of the lender as to which offer he will respond to. Nevertheless, you can ask your realtor to contact the lender and check out personally whether or not they will consider your offer.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
