Chapter 13

i am 3-1/2 years into a 5 year chapter 13. i did so to save my house from rising interest rates. i finally ended up losing my house anyway due to the arm interest rates and being unable to refinance due to dropping property values. i had made my bankruptcy payments faithfully for those 3-1/2 years. when i lost my home, i also lost my job. no income coming in and now here are health issues involved.. i am looking for work but unable to find any. i cannot make my bankruptcy payments and the trustee has filed a motion to have my bankruptcy dismissed. am i eligible for a hardship discharge.
