My Chapter 7 was discharged on 10/2012. I pulled Experian credit report this morning and accounts read for JUN - OCT “Debt included in or discharged through Bankruptcy Chapter 7†in payment status & FP (Failed to Pay) in the 24-Month Payment History. Is this inaccurate reporting & hurting my score?
Hi Guest,
You have failed to pay your debts and your debts have been discharged in bankruptcy as well. So, I don't think anything has been reported wrongly.

Hi Guest,
I too don't feel that anything has been wrongly reported in your credit report. This negative item will remain in your credit report for 10 years and after that it will get removed.
Thanks
