we filed a chp 7 in 07included in that was a notice of abandoment on the home due to the value being lower than the balance on mort
we did not reaffirm we continued paying for 1 year and then decided to walk away we were told by country wide to do a deed in leui the mortgage was showing up as part of the bk now its showing up as a seprate listing on our creditwith a date nearly 2 yrs after the bk trying to buy a home today but the deed in leui is delaying can i get them to remove and just continue listing as bk

whether a bankruptcy or a deed in lieu of foreclosure, your timing is probably off. lenders are far more conservative than in the past, and you're probably facing a 4 year wait no matter what.
my broker said my credit is fine today I,ve reestablished and have cash for down payment but in the past two weeks we now have the deedinluei showing up on the credit

I think you should call countrywide and talk to them regarding this. But given the situation, a solution isn't going to be available at ease.
