No, You do not have to move right now. Creditor will assign collection agency to collect balance amount from you.

what we don't know here is why the first mortgage was charged off. do you have so little equity in your home that the lender saw no benefit in continuing to dun you for payment? have they not taken any action, such as a foreclosure?
