is it too late to file for bankruptcy. we fell behind due to job and travel trying to work with them for sometime keep putting in paper work now today was told we dont make enough to afford the house.my family is large the commute to work kills us and we really dont want to lose the house what can we do.

Can they stll stay in the house if they file for chap 13.?
