hi i was just wondering if anyone can help i have bad credit... my hubby has ok credit cut high debt to ratio can his brother who has no credit other than a couple of collections wich makes him bad credit help.. he has a great job that he has had for almost 8 years and 60,000 income for himself with no credit cards or loans
Hi jemama!

Welcome to forums!

Yes, you can definitely take the help of a co-signer and get a loan. However, I would like to tell you that lenders can give loan to a person who has a high debt to income ratio. However, the lender will check all the necessary details first. You may contact the lenders and check if your husband can qualify for a loan. If the lenders do not agree, then you may take the help of a co-signer.

Feel free to ask if you have further queries.

So you are looking to get a loan with husband who has good work history but poor credit and who else? I missed who the cosigner would be and what their situation is.

Do you know what the actual credit scores are?

if your proposed cosigner has "no credit other than a couple of collections wich makes him bad credit," i would say that your chances are quite slim of obtaining the loan you desire.
