me and the x had a credit card together she transfered her side the balance to another card and ran the card up to 20 grand so, know its on my credit report. do i have any legs to stand on to get this off my credit report.
was the new card issued in both of your names? if so, you'll be held liable.

I never recieved a card from the people she transfered the balance to, but we had seperate cards with the old account.

Damon,

Was the secodn cardapplied in both ofyoru name or just it was in your Ex's name.

If it shows up on your credit report most probably it was in both of your name and may be she applied for ti with out your knowledge

LOL its very simple. If the card is in both your names then your held liable for this 20k. If its just in her name you have nothing to worry about.
