My girlfriend and I lived together but broke up recently. She is on the condo deed for 40% interest but the mortgage is only in my name--I had much better credit. She is now having major financial issues, can a creditor attach a lien to the condo?

As your girlfriend's name is on the property deed, she would be considered as one of the owners of the property. Thus, her creditors will be able to attach a lien on the property in order to recover the dues.
