I have a house in my name only. I am presently enrolled in a program that I pay a montly fee tohelp me pay off my unsecured credit cards. One credit card company refuses to neogiate with the company. They have threatened to sue me and place a lien on my property. Can they do this ?
Hi smallie,
The credit card company will be able to sue you and place a lien on your property. I would suggest you to personally negotiate with that credit card company and try to pay off their dues. This will help you in saving your property from a lien.
